Troodos Jeep Safari from East Coast
 

One of the most fascinating trips on the Island. Passing through sleepy villages, where you will experience the Cyprus hospitality, and through the pine forests to the viewpoint of the highest peak of Troodos Mountains.
Places of Interest:
Camel Park - A Unique ranch where you will have the chance to see the 'Ship' of the desert and see the donkeys.
Leftkara - (A Shoppers Paradise). Here we will have a chance to browse through tiny village streets and wonder at the delights of the world famous 'Lefkaritica Lace' and beautiful silverware.
Arakapas - Here we'll visit the Byzantine churches of Arakapas and then you will see a traditional outside village oven in action and have a chance to sample fresh baked 'live pie' and 'trimithodi' (village herb bread).
Lunch - After an adventurious morning, it's time for a relaxing lunch in a tradtional mountain village taverna.
Waterfall - This paradise like spot, with its lush vegetation, cool spring waters and lovely scents will relax both your body and soul.
Troodos Viewpoint - Awesome views will leave you breathless as we head towards Troodos Mountains viewpoint. Marvel the panoramic views and take amazing photographs.
Wine Tasting - in one of the many traditional mountainside villages we will stop for some wine tasting of the various regional red, white and rose wines.
Passing through traditional stone built villages on our way back to the hotels will end our safari.
Notes & Guideline
For visits to the Monasteries, entrance will not be allowed for men and women wearing shorts, or sleeveless tops.
We recommend you wear comfortable shoes. Remember your swimwear and towel where necessary
The minimum age for camel riding is 6 years old.
Please remember to bring your ticket and give it to the driver in the morning when he arrives to pick you up.
Pregnant ladies are travlling at their own risk, as the company does not recommend their participation.
The company does not recommend the safaris to persons with medical conditions, which restrict walking, (we cannot carry wheelchairs)
The company insists that a seat rotation is carried out in all safari vehicles.
The company bears no responsibility for items forgotten in the vehicles of left behind at stops.
The company reserves the right to alter the route-stops to accommodate various religious days and other special cases.
